In Dubai, we have undertaken several prestigious projects, including two penthouses in The Royal Atlantis and a landmark private residence on The Palm, reflecting our commitment to delivering ultra-prime living in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

Our debut in the dynamic U.S. market comes with a landmark development in Manhattan, New York. This project embodies our dedication to a holistic wellness-focused design approach, delivering bespoke solutions that meet the exceptional standards of ultra-prime real estate.

14 hours ahead in Japan, we are engaged in two exceptional projects. In Niseko, a world-renowned ski destination, we are designing a residence that harmonizes with the mountainous landscape, using local timber and traditional joinery techniques to create a seamless blend of contemporary comfort and alpine tradition. In Japan’s capital Tokyo, we are delivering a super-prime home that fuses modern British design with centuries-old Japanese craftsmanship, incorporating handcrafted washi paper walls, delicate woodwork, and precision-engineered details that honour the city’s rich architectural heritage.

In Southeast Asia, our expertise is shaping projects in Thailand, where we are involved in developments in Bangkok, Khao Yai and Kho Samui.  In the vibrant city of Bangkok, we are delivering a striking 55,000 sq ft residence featuring an expansive rooftop pool with breathtaking city views, a dedicated entertainment wing, and dressing rooms the size of apartments. Nestled within one of Thailand’s most stunning national parks, Khao Yai, we are developing a unique family retreat that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. Meanwhile, in Koh Samui, we are exploring the creation of a beachside pavilion designed to maximize incredible sun exposure and panoramic coastal views. Recognizing the growing demand for our expertise in Asia, we have expanded our presence by establishing a satellite office in Tokyo, Japan, allowing us to better serve our clients and projects across the region.

Our reach extends to the breathtaking landscapes of Lapland, where we are designing two Chalets that harmonize with the natural beauty of the Arctic region, ensuring both comfort and sophistication in extreme climates.

Beyond land-based projects, we are also delivering a 31-meter pocket explorer yacht from Cantiere delle Marche. Part of the Darwin102 range, this exceptional vessel will be completed and delivered this summer from the shipyard in Ancona, Italy, further extending our expertise into the world of luxury yachting.

From land over water to air, we can design and deliver with precision. Currently, we are working on the design and delivery of a private aircraft—a Gulfstream 700, which is produced in Savannah, USA, reinforcing our reach into the world of private aviation.
