Celebrating Daisy Watson's promotion to Studio Manager

Daisy Watson has been promoted to Studio Manager of Rigby & Rigby's Creative Division. We are delighted for her to lead the team as it enters a new and exciting chapter.
Daisy joined the group two and a half years ago. Her background spans architecture, art and animation and she has served as our brand guardian across Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
She has led the creation of luxury residential brand identities including Berkeley Arcade, 43 Bleecker Street and Caedes Group, and is also developing several high-end websites, including for a luxury furniture supplier and a private family office.
From directing the full brand development of the superyacht Awandra and racing boat Fifty Fifty to leading the visual identity for Project Knight, a private jet requiring more than 80 design iterations across every detail, from embroidered headrests to exterior livery. The project culminated in Savannah, where Daisy personally oversaw the final execution on site, ensuring every detail was delivered with millimetre precision.
In her new role, Daisy will build a self-sufficient, commercially sustainable department that serves both external clients and internal teams across the group. Clients increasingly value a seamless, integrated approach to high-end design, and her ambition is to expand the creative offering beyond branding and visualisation into “everything in between”. That could mean bespoke tableware for clients’ residences, products for their new entrepreneurial ventures, or immersive experiences for events. She is committed to nurturing creative talent so the team can keep exceeding client expectations.
Iain Johnson, CEO, commented:
“Daisy has an instinct for how a brand should look and feel, and the discipline to make sure it holds up wherever it appears. You can see that in everything from the private jet to the websites she’s building for our clients. More and more of our clients want one team to look after every part of their visual world, and the Creative Division is how we deliver that. Daisy has the vision to take it further and the energy to bring the team with her. I can think of no one better to lead it.”
We congratulate Daisy on this well-deserved step forward in her career.
