Rigby and Rigby's CGI images for project NYC 255 has been shortlisted for an SBID International Design Award 2026.

Rigby and Rigby is pleased to be among the inspiring global design talent to have been shortlisted as a finalist in this year’s SBID International Design Awards for its entry, Bleecker Street, in the 01. CGI & Visualisation category.

Evaluated by a panel of distinguished, industry-leading experts for functionality, innovation, creativity and technical execution, an SBID Award is considered one of the most coveted accolades for design excellence. Success in the GOLD-rated Awards programme demonstrates the highest level of design skill and professional mastery across the interior design profession.

Crafting the Image

Rigby & Rigby were commissioned to transform a historic seven-storey property into a landmark of contemporary luxury, blending New York’s heritage with refined living. The scheme includes commercial spaces at lower levels and 11 bespoke residences above, including two penthouses with private terraces, alongside a gym and spa.

Rigby & Rigby delivered 44 high-quality visuals capturing key spaces and the building’s transformation. These images combined design accuracy with aspirational presentation, supporting both client decision-making and marketing, and fully realising the project brief.

To complete the final stage of judging, the public are now invited to vote for their favourite finalist designs - accounting for 10% of the overall results.
