The Rigby & Rigby team are attending this week’s SBID 2024 Awards ceremony where Project Eighty Nine has been shortlisted in the Ultra-Luxury UK Residential Property category. We’re shortlisted alongside other highly respected studio’s such as Elicyon, SHH & Hill House to name a few.

The UK’s first single private residence with WELLness accreditation, this carbon-neutral project is located in one of London’s most prestigious addresses, Project Eighty Nine is the perfect embodiment of refined living. The mansion features well appointed living and bedroom suites, entertainment and wellness areas, a ground source heat pump, air purification, heat recovery, water filtration, a UK first for the specialist glazing that was used and an exceedingly high air tightness, all delivered by Rigby & Rigby special projects. The interior is modern, elegant and exciting with an acute attention to detail. The space planning is a creative success where every millimetre is maximised and there is an abundance of natural light and focal points that were created to produce a harmonious and thoughtful home. The design team operated across every element and collaborated with a selection of the finest UK & International craftsmen. From the smallest detail, such as the custom anodised U shape trim applied to the window reveals, picking up on the external architecture, to the 3metre high pivot entrance door or the bespoke 950kg coffee table within the drawing room, every detail has been carefully planned and considered. Collectively we have achieved a sustainably advanced home, satisfying ESG criteria, achieving Well Certification & Carbon-neutral status. The interior discreetly and elegantly conceals the technology and flows beautifully from room to room, with unique one-of-a-kind features that are abstractly personalized to the end user.
