Annual Year Round Up FY24/25 Rigby & Rigby

As we close another remarkable year, Rigby & Rigby reflects on a period of focused progress across innovation, sustainability, craftsmanship and international collaboration. FY24/25 marked our continued commitment to delivering exceptional design and delivery solutions, both in the UK and internationally, underpinned by our values of integrity, precision and ambition.

Innovation & Team Collaboration

FY24/25 was defined by the continued strengthening of our integrated ecosystem, marked by seamless collaboration across Development Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Private Client Services, and Creative Branding & Marketing. Every project has been shaped with care and precision by individuals from a wide range of specialisms. Innovation remains central to Rigby & Rigby’s values, and our team has continued to evolve, enhancing technical expertise, seeking out new inspiration, and embracing emerging technologies to deliver exceptional outcomes. We refined our internal processes and have a very sophisticated reporting and analysis tools powered by AI and integration to assist in overall control in our projects.

Our people are our greatest asset, and we take pride in the collaborative, respectful, and ambitious transparent culture that drives everything we do.

Amazing progress has been made in the creative division especially around branding, graphic design, motion, along with creative direction and management an important final part of our ecosystem to ensure consistent quality across all elements of a project.

Continued Sustainability Commitments

Building on the momentum of our first ESG report, released in December 2024, we have implemented a number of practical improvements. These include:

• Continued support of our UN sustainability goals 12 and 13, with plans set in motion to align with further goals,

• Company-wide participation in community volunteering and charity days.

• Supporting continued team training via third-party sustainability certifications and workshops.

• Growth of the ESG Lab – a cross-disciplinary internal initiative led by team members from across the Allect Group. The Lab serves as a collaborative platform to test ideas, share knowledge, and drive tangible improvements in sustainability at every level of the organisation.

International Growth

Our debut in the United States marked a major milestone for Rigby & Rigby during FY24/25. We commenced work on our first ultra-prime residential development in New York, located at 43 Bleecker Street in Manhattan.

Alongside this, we have expanded into luxury aviation, overseeing the interior design, branding, and exterior livery of a private jet. Designed in collaboration with G700, Project Knight is set to take to the skies in the following year.

Our global footprint has continued to expand in Asia, where we have opened our first satellite office in Tokyo, Japan.

We were appointed to design a private family retreat within the protected landscape of Khao Yai National Park, Thailand. This underscores our growing presence in the region and our expertise in delivering context-sensitive, environmentally responsible luxury architecture, where we were shortlisted in AR Future projects and have just been shortlisted in the World Architecture Awards.

The development of our structure in the architectural division of three teams focused on Global, Country and Urban projects continues to gain great recognition in the industry and is a reflection of the talented team we are building and investing in.

Project Recognition & Awards

FY24/25 has been an incredible year for awards and recognition.

Rigby & Rigby was honoured with the SBID UK Icon Award.

In addition, Project 089 was named the SBID Winner in the Global Ultra-Luxury Residences category, and received two further pioneering accolades: it became the first residential project globally to achieve AirRated Platinum certification and striving towards the UK’s first platinum wellness accreditation, setting a new benchmark for environmental and wellbeing standards in the super-prime sector.

Two of our hotel projects, Atlantis the Royal and Clarges, were featured in the World’s 50 best hotels. Whilst the Emory Penthouse we undertook was featured in countless press coverages this year, from Financial Times, to Forbes.

Looking Ahead

As we step into FY25/26, we do so with clarity of purpose and confidence in delivery. Our focus remains on:

• Continuing to uphold the precision and performance that has come to define the Rigby & Rigby name through strong teamwork, cross-pollination of expertise, and a drive for discovering and creatively implementing new technologies and executing on an extremely refined level both for design and delivery.

• Realising and delivering both our national and international projects to the highest levels both through creativity and execution.

• Prioritising open communication, to enhance transparency and to encourage collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership of our mission to drive sustainable change.

We thank all our partners, collaborators and clients for a strong year of shared achievement and we reach out to the industry for further partnerships, collaboration and the opportunity to work on exciting projects together.
