Position: Interior Architect (Revit)

About the Role

Rigby & Rigby is seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect with exceptional Revit capability to join our Chelsea studio. This role is focused on technical design and delivery across ultra-prime residential and luxury hospitality projects. You will be responsible for producing high-level Revit models, construction drawing packages, and detailed joinery documentation to the standard expected at the top end of the market.

About You

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in a high-end residential and/or hospitality interior architecture role.
  • Proven experience working within a leading luxury design studio.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit (mandatory) including the creation and management of complex detailed models.
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills with excellent construction knowledge.
  • Ability to produce full interior architecture drawing packages including GA plans, RCPs, joinery details, sections, and bespoke elements.
  • Familiarity with ultra-prime materials, fabrication methods, and supplier capabilities.
  • Highly organised and methodical with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate confidently with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • SketchUp knowledge beneficial but not essential.
  • A team-player who can also work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design + Revit Delivery

  • Lead the development of Revit models from concept through to construction documentation.
  • Produce precise and comprehensive interior architecture drawing packages.
  • Prepare fully detailed joinery and bespoke element drawings for fabrication.
  • Maintain Revit standards, templates, and families for consistency across projects.

Co-ordination + Documentation

  • Collaborate with internal design leads to translate concept intent into buildable detail.
  • Coordinate design information with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, AV, etc).
  • Review and integrate supplier/shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with design.
  • Support site teams with technical resolutions and respond to RFIs when required.

Quality + Standards

  • Uphold Rigby & Rigby’s ultra-prime technical standards and detailing quality.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows, BIM processes, and drawing standards.
