On Thursday 25th July, the Allect Design Group — comprising Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb — held its annual keynote presentation at the Battersea Power Station cinema. The event brought together all teams from across the Group to reflect on the past year, share achievements, and look ahead to the future.

Key highlights from each studio were presented, including major milestones, new recruitment, and strategic goals for the year ahead. The session provided a clear picture of progress across the business, as well as the evolving design landscape in which the Group operates.

As part of the afternoon’s programme, select individuals from across the Group were acknowledged for their exceptional contributions over the past twelve months. The following team members received awards in recognition of their performance and commitment:
• Stealth Mode Genius – Daisy Watson
• Emerging Leader – Joanna Benton
• Personal Growth Award – Charlotte Pires
• Innovator of the Year – Charlie Kentish
• Precision & Excellence – Tania Blanco
These awards reflect key values within the Group, including innovation, leadership, attention to detail, and personal development.

To close the event, the team had the privilege of hearing Rupert Wesson - Debrett's, who delivered a compelling talk on the importance of etiquette and personal presentation within the luxury industry — a fitting conclusion to a day focused on ambition, refinement, and professional development.
