Spring 2026 – Site Progress Update Countryside New Build, Surrey
.avif)
Great progress continues on one of our countryside projects in Surrey, with real momentum building across the site as the team delivers a series of key milestones.

Since we shared our last update, the bored piles have been successfully installed, forming a critical part of the substructure and ensuring the long-term stability of the build. This has been followed by the full casting of the ground floor slab.

Attention has since turned to the spoil removal operations, which are now nearing completion, representing a substantial logistical effort that has been carefully managed by the team to minimise disruption. Alongside this, we have reached another important milestone with the successful casting of the basement slab and starting the below ground drainage works which will ensure the essential infrastructure is in place to support the next stages of the build.

Looking ahead, there’s a real sense of excitement as we prepare to transition into the superstructure phase. The team is gearing up for the installation of the structural steel frame, which will soon bring the building above ground and mark a highly visible step forward in the project’s journey.

It’s great to see such positive progress on site, with strong collaboration and a shared focus continuing to drive the project forward. We’re looking forward to sharing further updates as the development continues to take shape.
