The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Motion Designer with a strong eye for luxury branding and a passion for the built environment to join our Creative Division. This role sits at the intersection of motion design, graphic design, architecture, and interior design, supporting high-profile projects in the luxury real estate sector. You’ll collaborate with our lead graphic designer, 3D visualisation specialists, architects, and interior designers to create sophisticated, dynamic motion graphics that elevate both client work and in-house content.
Key Responsibilities
- Motion Design & Animation – Develop motion graphics for luxury real estate campaigns, including promotional films, social content, and interactive web assets.
- 3D Integration – Design and produce 3D assets to enhance motion graphics and digital experiences.
- Concept Development – Contribute creative ideas from brainstorming through to final delivery, with a proactive approach to introducing motion into projects.
- Trend Awareness – Research and share insights on motion design, technology, and luxury branding trends, bringing fresh inspiration to the team.
- Problem-Solving – Approach challenges with curiosity and adaptability, expanding skills across design disciplines as needed.
- Collaboration – Work closely with graphic designers, 3D artists, architects and interior designers to ensure a consistent and refined visual language across projects.
- Feedback & Refinement – Incorporate designer and stakeholder input to polish and perfect visual outputs.
- Asset Management – Maintain an organised system for design assets, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.
Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience – Graduate or 1–2 years of professional motion design experience, ideally within luxury branding or real estate.
- Software Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) plus experience in at least one 3D tool (Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, Revit, Twinmotion, or Blender).
- Portfolio – A strong portfolio showcasing motion design projects, with examples relevant to luxury or architectural content.
- Communication – Clear written and verbal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for Architecture & Luxury Design – An appreciation for the built environment and the ability to translate it into compelling visual content.
- Detail-Oriented – A commitment to precision and delivering high-quality work.
