Rigby & Rigby is a founding member of the luxury design group Allect, alongside Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb. Johnson’s vision was to bring together some of the finest names in architecture, interior and product design with the mission to foster an unrivalled level of creativity, innovation and excellence. Architecturally trained with 20 years of industry leadership and experience, Iain’s ability to understand every facet of the design process ensures he is perfectly positioned to support clients throughout their development journey. This includes Rigby & Rigby’s award-winning Special Projects division, where Iain leads a dedicated development and delivery team undertaking the most complex signature new build and heritage restoration projects, requiring an additional level of attention and care.

Creatively Iain’s passion lays in driving innovation through research-based methodology, influencing the architectural and interior design studios to be more experimental and to maximise the client experience and enrich the user journey. The product being perfectly resolved residences, with a style defined as understated refined luxury, delivered with a service that is second to none.

Having just reached his 11 year anniversary at Rigby & Rigby, Will is an integral part of the team, having lead key projects including a 12,500Sqft listed Church Conversion in Knightsbridge and a Grade II listed home in Old Queen Street.Will’s background before Rigby & Rigby was within the fine arts and as a freelance model maker. Graduating from Bristol Art College with degree in Fine Art, Will specialised in sculpture before he began work as a freelance model maker within the film and television Industry working on a number of films and television commercials. In 1987 he established his own Creative Company as Principle Director, maintaining his roots in the film industry where he ventured into the exhibition and theme world building exhibition stands in London, Milan and Cologne. In 2005 William left the industry and moved his building and creative skills to the world of high quality commercial and residential property refurbishment.

Having been involved since the firm’s inception in 2006, CEO Wayne Stokes has been instrumental in the establishment of Rigby & Rigby. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience, and his depth and breadth of construction and delivery knowledge have proven invaluable to the company.

Stokes’ experience in delivering luxury residential properties has given him vital insight in his role of overseeing and managing the commercial development of Rigby & Rigby. Practiced at leading large teams, communicating with UHNW clients and liaising with leading architecture and interior design studios, he ensures the exceptional execution and seamless delivery of complex projects. Renowned for bringing a can-do and personable attitude to every Rigby & Rigby project, he ensures clients’ objectives are met and relationships are maintained with the utmost professionalism. His ability to understand every facet of the design process ensures projects are delivered with immaculate finishing, detail and quality.

All Rigby & Rigby clients are now able to benefit from the firm’s ‘Total Care’ concierge property management solution, which is delivered by their private client services team. Contracts range from simple maintenance through to a comprehensive service, which includes the management of third-party contracts.
