Dave studied Architecture at the University of Bath, attaining a BSc (Hons) followed by a Masters in Architecture and the Part III professional certificate in record time, becoming fully qualified at the age of 25. Dave is registered with the ARB and the RIBA and has over 11 years of fully qualified experience.Since 2010, Dave has worked as an architect for multiple practices responsible for project management, client liaison and contract administration. His speciality is contemporary construction detailing with a minimal aesthetic and a focus on sustainability. In his most recent role as Associate at Spaced Out Ltd, Dave worked on over 85 projects and was project architect for 42 of those projects. Dave has delivered buildings in a wide range of sectors, including restaurants, schools, residential and commercial properties. Dave is experienced as a team leader and has run the Rigby and Rigby London architecture department since 2019. Dave has won multiple awards, including the British Homes Award and the Pool of the Year Award and has helped achievedCIAT accreditation in 2015. In addition to his work achievements, Dave has been an associate lecturer at the University of Northampton teaching 3D CAD from 2016-2018. As an Associate at Rigby and Rigby Dave is acting as project architect for a number of multi million pound projects simultaneously.At Rigby & Rigby, Dave is helping to achieve and exceed client goals. He is willing to go above and beyond to achieve architecture which surprises and elates our clients. Rigby & Rigby are proud to present this estate, proposed to be constructed at 37,000 SqFt, will sit within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and will be 4 storeys high with a large basement level.
Externally, the building is inspired by Palladian architecture with a low-pitched roof that will hold balusters around it as a parapet and an observatory space on top with the potential for a roof terrace.
Internally, the pool will sit along the entire rear of the property within the basement with a large, glazed opening that looks out onto the landscape. A glass lift will run throughout the property, and a large garage that can fit up to 10 cars will be within the basement, including a workshop and valet area. There will be 8 bedrooms in total each with their own en-suite, two dressing rooms for the master room as well as a library, study and snug area.
