PrimeResi covers sale of ‘sumptuous’ Grosvenor Square apartment
PrimeResi is the journal of luxury property; providing news, insight and opinion resource for the UK’s prime residential sector. In August, the publication profiled the sale of Rigby and Rigby’s stunning, Art Deco-inspired apartment in Grosvenor Square Mayfair. PrimeResi noted that, although it “hasn’t been a vintage year for super-prime deals”, there’s clearly still a market out there for the kind of “top-quality stock” developed by Rigby and Rigby, highlighting also the recent sale of Rigby and Rigby’s stunning lateral apartment, on nearby Charles Street, in July.
