How Develop & Prosper™ works

Rigby & Rigby's Develop & Prosper™ aims to increase the value of your property by 15 - 20%. If the property is your principal private residence, this gain is tax free.

Develop & Prosper™ works in three simple steps.

STEP 1

Rigby & Rigby agree a guaranteed minimum price for your property.

STEP 2

Rigby & Rigby modernise and develop your property at no cost to you. If you wish to be relocated to a comparable home, we will pick up the cost. Once the work is finished, your redeveloped property is put on the market.

STEP 3

When your property is sold, we deduct the pre-agreed cost of development and any profit is split 50:50. If, for any reason, your property does not sell after six months, Rigby & Rigby will buy it for the agreed minimum purchase price agreed in Step 1.
